Teresa Capalbo, originally from Wethersfield, CT, founded Capalbo Hourihan, LLC in 2021 after over 12 years as an associate and partner at Kenny, Brimmer & Mahoney, LLC. She represents clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, estate planning, probate, contested probate matters, real estate, business formation, and collections. Ms. Capalbo has successfully tried cases in Superior and Probate Courts, including a $930,000 settlement for an injured client. She also served as second chair in the landmark case Luster v. Luster. She has worked with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs as a Federal Fiduciary and Conservator. She is fluent in Italian and can service Spanish-speaking clients.
