Terry N. Trieweiler

Terry N. Trieweiler served as a Justice on the Montana Supreme Court from 1991 to 2003, authoring over 1,200 opinions. Prior to his judicial service, he was a recognized authority in professional liability, product liability, the Federal Employers Liability Act, and workplace injuries. He graduated from Drake University School of Law in 1973 and was admitted to practice in Montana in 1975. He was certified as a specialist in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocates in 1982. He served as president of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association in 1984 and the State Bar of Montana in 1986. He has been recognized in 'Best Lawyers of America' and 'Mountain States Super Lawyers'.
