About Thatcher

Thatcher M. Smith attended the Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, graduating first in his class with highest honors and accumulating 16 CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. He also received the Lincoln Lawyer Award for Outstanding Character. A Chattanooga native, he returned to Warren & Griffin after law school to help clients injured in automobile, motorcycle, and tractor-trailer accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.
