About Thomas

Thomas (Tommy) M. Murphy joined Murphy Law Firm in 2014 as an Associate Attorney. He represents clients in workers’ compensation, unsafe workplace, personal injury, wrongful death, and Social Security disability law. Tommy grew up in Great Falls and graduated from CM Russell High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Montana in 2010, and his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 2014. Tommy is admitted to practice in all Montana Courts and the U.S. District Court. He is a member of the Cascade County Bar, Montana State Bar, American Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group. In 2021, Tommy was awarded the Montana Trial Lawyers Association’s “Outstanding New Lawyer Award” and in 2022, he was named one of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40.
