Tim J. O’Brien, born, raised, and educated in Houghton, Michigan, is Of Counsel at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College in 1976 and a law degree from Creighton University in 1979. He was admitted to the Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations in 1979 and is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit. He focuses on plaintiff Personal Injury, Interstate Trucking Collisions, Automobile Collisions, and Product Liability. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Nebraska State Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, and a Fellow of the Nebraska Bar Foundation. He is also the father of Timothy R. O'Brien and his wife works at the firm.
