About Timothy

Timothy D. Freshly has been an attorney with Shaheen Law Firm since August 1998, working with Real Estate clients and preparing Wills. Born in Alliance, Ohio, Tim grew up with an interest in architecture and originally planned on pursuing a career in architectural design. After graduating from Allegheny College (PA) with a major in Political Science (along with eight varsity letters in Track & Field), Tim moved to Richmond to study law at the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law. Practicing Real Estate allows Tim to stay connected with his interest in architecture while helping people accomplish the goal of home ownership. To further his work, Tim has taught real estate courses for the Richmond Association of Realtors and has been a regular speaker for several legal education companies since 2003. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Pennsylvania State Bar, and the Henrico County Bar Association.
