Timothy J. Sullivan

Tim Sullivan’s practice focuses on assisting Upton & Hatfield’s municipal clients. Tim brings over a decade of litigation experience, having spent the last eleven years as a prosecutor. He also brings extensive experience with issues that municipalities face when employees are subject to disciplinary action and when handling Right to Know requests. Through his career Tim has tried approximately fifty jury trials as lead counsel.
