About Timothy

Timothy Beck is an experienced civil litigator who has taken more than 50 trials to conclusion. Tim’s trial experience includes both jury and non-jury trials. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense; public facility, sports and recreation enterprise defense; and the defense of police and public officials. Tim’s experience in the courtroom and knowledge of trial practice qualified him to be certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. Tim has tried cases to verdict in almost every county in New Jersey, and has argued cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court, numerous panels of the Appellate Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and the Somerset County Bar Association. He is the attorney for the Bedminster Township Board of Health.
