About Tracey
Tracey A. Werner is a partner in the firm with a practice emphasis in civil litigation, including insurance defense, public entity tort liability, and defense of law enforcement. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and earned her Juris Doctor from Cal Northern School of Law, graduating second in her class. She was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2017. Before joining Maire & Deedon in November 2017, she practiced estate planning, family law, workers’ compensation law, and civil litigation.
