About Wayne
Wayne H. Maire is the founding principal of Maire & Deedon, established in 1983. His practice emphasizes civil defense litigation, focusing on complex commercial litigation, public entity litigation, personal injury litigation, casualty and surety law. He was recognized by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as being in the Nation’s top 1% of litigation counsel in 2017 and selected by Best Lawyers as the 2020 Lawyer of the Year for attorneys representing defendants in the Sacramento region. He has been recognized as one of Northern California’s 'Super Lawyers' since 2005 and in Best Lawyers in America since 2010.
