Turner H. Sothoron

Turner H. Sothoron is a Partner at McGowan & Cecil, LLC, born and raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He earned his B.A. in Corporate Communications from Elon University in 2006 and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011.
