About Valorie
Valorie S. Chavin is a Partner and consumer advocate at Chavin Mitchell Shmuely, focusing on insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, construction litigation, and commercial litigation. She graduated from DePaul University and St. Thomas University School of Law with Cum Laude honors, ranking in the top fifteen percent of her class. She has represented classes of insureds in landmark settlements against insurance companies. Valorie is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Bar’s Consumer Protection Law Committee, and was President of the Broward Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
