Distracted drivers are one of the greatest dangers drivers on the road in South Florida face today. Often, these accidents can be fatal. We represented the family of a man who lost his life in one such incident. That man, who we’ll call “Bob”, took to his motorcycle out on a beautiful fall day. He was heading up to his local hobby shop to pick up a few items. That’s when the worst thing imaginable happened. A careless elderly driver struck Bob and his motorcycle, killing him. Our lawyers filed a wrongful death lawsuit on his widow’s behalf, and as a result, we were able to obtain the available insurance policy limits.
