A 24-year-old male trips and falls into uncovered hole at apartment complex, tearing meniscus in knee and aggravating lower back injury resulting in decompression surgery. The construction company claimed that it had in fact covered the hole and that Plaintiff either uncovered it or the apartment management uncovered it. The defense vilified our client, but the jury saw it differently and compensated him hugely for his pain and suffering.
