Our client was severely injured when his vehicle became disabled on Grand Avenue. Despite having his flashers on and pulling over as far to the right as possible, he was hit by a landscaping company van traveling at 40 miles an hour. The collision crushed the back of the vehicle, and our client suffered multiple fractured vertebrae, fractures to virtually all of his ribs, and a lacerated spleen. He spent two months in the hospital and inpatient rehabilitative care and required multiple surgeries.
