Our client, a 44-year-old man, sustained back injuries in a motor vehicle accident in December of 2015 that required multiple surgeries. Since then, we have been fighting a long hard battle to help our client through difficult times. This was a vigorously defended case. The defendants fought hard and made no attempt to resolve this case prior to trial. Defendants claimed this was either a low-speed impact or that no collision occurred at all! Our team was able to show through our experts and the cross examination of defendants’ experts that although there was very little damage to our vehicle, and no damage to the bus that struck our vehicle, this incident did, in fact, cause the injuries to our client.
