Our client, a 38 year old, was driving for an unnamed rideshare company in Philadelphia and his car, while on the app transporting a passenger, was broadsided by another rideshare car. Airbags deployed and our client had to be dragged out of the driver's seat by a bystander from the sidewalk as the car was smoking as if it might explode. Video footage showed the collision and the driver on the interior of the car being dragged out.
