A 25 year old IT specialist was riding as the front seat passenger in a car being driven by a government contractor in Kuwait. As the contractors’ vehicle approached a stopped bus, the bus pulled away from the curb and began to make a U-turn. The driver of the car was unable to stop in time and broad-sided the bus.
