Also experienced in defending municipalities in civil litigation and trials, including civil rights, motor vehicle, school liability, premises liability, highway engineering, and highway design. Michael G. Delvecchio

Partner primarily in White Plains and Hudson Valley offices. Extensive trial and litigation experience, taking verdicts from New York City through Hudson Valley on personal injury matters, including high exposure claims. Graduated with honors from Pace University School of Law (2009), served as Articles Editor on Pace International Law Review. Prior to joining firm, practiced in White Plains on complex personal injury matters, lead counsel on multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts, argued many cases before Appellate Divisions of First and Second Department. Robert W. Folchetti

Timothy G. Tuttle

Brings extensive litigation experience to Schwab Gasparini, having been trained at a prestigious state-wide defense firm where he handled matters involving, amongst others, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dram shop, sports and recreation injuries, municipal and school liability, products liability, negligent security and negligent supervision, subrogation claims, and the Labor Law. He has resolved these matters through all manners of dispute resolution, including substantive motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. He has taken numerous jury verdicts in the Hudson Valley and has argued before the Appellate Division. He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Teams. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and is a member of the New York State and Dutchess County Bar Associations. Tim is a Hudson Valley native, having been raised in Putnam County, where he was an all-state performer and Empire State Games Gold medalist in track and cross-country for Brewster High School. He currently resides in Dutchess County with his wife and four children. While serving as an elected member of the Fishkill Town Board, Tim authored “New York State and Local Government: A Snapshot”. He is also a 2012 graduate of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce “Leadership Dutchess” program.

Patrice Coleman

Patrice Coleman graduated from Albany Law School and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1986. She follows two prior generations of lawyers representing injury victims in accident and medical malpractice cases. Over her more than thirty-five years of practice, she has collected tens of millions of dollars for her clients through settlements, mediations, arbitrations and trials and has handled injury cases resulting from automobile accidents, premises liability, police misconduct, medical and nursing malpractice, as well as construction site accidents that involve New York’s Labor Law. Patrice has also successfully argued numerous motions on behalf of her clients in New York’s Trial Courts as well as having argued many appeals before the New York Appellate Courts in the First and Second Departments.
