Michael G. Delvecchio

Robert W. Folchetti

He has resolved these matters through all manners of dispute resolution, including substantive motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. He has taken numerous jury verdicts in the Hudson Valley and has argued before the Appellate Division. He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Teams. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and is a member of the New York State and Dutchess County Bar Associations. Tim is a Hudson Valley native, having been raised in Putnam County, where he was an all-state performer and Empire State Games Gold medalist in track and cross-country for Brewster High School. He currently resides in Dutchess County with his wife and four children. While serving as an elected member of the Fishkill Town Board, Tim authored “New York State and Local Government: A Snapshot”. He is also a 2012 graduate of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce “Leadership Dutchess” program.

Patrice Coleman
Patrice Coleman graduated from Albany Law School and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1986. She follows two prior generations of lawyers representing injury victims in accident and medical malpractice cases. Over her more than thirty-five years of practice, she has collected tens of millions of dollars for her clients through settlements, mediations, arbitrations and trials and has handled injury cases resulting from automobile accidents, premises liability, police misconduct, medical and nursing malpractice, as well as construction site accidents that involve New York’s Labor Law.
