Victor Fusco is a founding member of Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in 1972 and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1975. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on Social Security, Workers’ Compensation, and media relations. He is the host of 'Labor Lines' radio program, founding president of the New York Social Security Bar Association, and a founding member of the Social Security Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He also serves as an arbitrator in the Eastern District of the United States District Court, Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Village of Lake Grove, and a member of the Suffolk County Bar Associations Judicial Screening Committee.

Lisa S. Fine
Lisa S. Fine, Esq., is a general practitioner with over two decades of experience in various areas of law, arbitration, and mediation. Gerard DeVita
Gerard DeVita is a seasoned trial lawyer in the field of personal injury litigation, and the Managing Attorney for the negligence department of the firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Touro College School of Law in 1987 and has been with the Sarisohn firm for almost two decades, starting as a clerk while still in law school. Since 1986, he has helped guide many clients through their injury claims, successfully recovering millions in awards for cases including car accidents, faulty machinery, falls, construction site accidents, and medical malpractice. He is a member of the Suffolk Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and participated in the Trial Lawyers Care program.
Jesse Sigismonti
Jesse Sigismonti is an attorney in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. He graduated from Adelphi University (B.S. in Criminal Justice and Sociology) and the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (J.D.). He is a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society and received the 2014 William Spinrad Award for Library Research. He previously worked as a paralegal/law clerk in personal injury and as a special education attorney. He uses his litigation skills to represent hard-working members of the community.

Jeffrey T. Heller
Mr. Heller is a senior Partner and founding Member of Somer & Heller LLP, joining the predecessor firm in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree (cum laude) in finance and international business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He brings over twenty years of experience to the practice, specializing in bankruptcy/creditor’s rights, matrimonial and family law, personal injury, lease drafting and negotiations, real estate transactions, corporation and partnership formations, and civil and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Kenneth H. Larkin
Kenneth H. Larkin worked as a union steamfitter before attending Pace Law School and being admitted to the Bar in 1987. He has extensive experience in trials, hearings, appeals, and settlements, particularly in complex cases involving Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is the former President of the New York State Workers Compensation Bar Association and is currently the Attorney in Charge of the New York City Workers Compensation Division, lead attorney for Social Security Disability claims for the New York City Firefighters, and lead attorney for TWU Local 100 Members. He also runs an annual golf outing for children’s cancer research.

Michael Carner
