Robert Grey

Robert Grey is the managing partner at Grey & Grey, LLP, specializing in workers' compensation, Social Security Disability, personal injury, and Long Term Disability. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and St. John's University School of Law. He holds leadership roles in various organizations, has received multiple awards, and has published numerous articles and scholarly papers, including a treatise on New York's Workers’ Compensation Law. He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts, including landmark decisions in the New York State Court of Appeals.

Co-Founding Partner, Leonard M. He has also lectured at the annual convention of the Buffalo Claims Association. Mr. Cascone is a member of the New York State, Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations as well as the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Cascone is a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Cascone received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in 1991 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 average and was Valedictorian of his class. Mr. Cascone earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s School of Law in 1994.

Paul A. Lauto

Paul A. Lauto, Esq. is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State Courts and U.S. District Courts (Eastern and Southern Districts) since 1991. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook in 1987. Mr. Kluepfel is admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Kluepfel has conducted numerous client seminars on such topics as New York’s Labor Law, negligence defense and insurance law. He most recently wrote and lectured for the New York State Bar Association on “Handling an Auto Accident - the Defendant’s Perspective.” He has served as an Education Day Speaker for the Buffalo Claims Association on the topic of “Defending the Provider of Alcohol.” He is a member of the New York State, Nassau County, and Suffolk County Bar Associations as well as the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Kluepfel is an appointed member of the Insurance and Negligence Defense Counsel Subcommittee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. He is also a member of The Defense Association of New York, Inc. and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Kluepfel graduated from Ithaca College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Rasheim Donaldson

Rasheim Donaldson is a personal injury attorney at Grey & Grey, PLLC. He holds degrees from Lafayette College, Wake Forest University Law School, and Temple University Law School. He previously served as a Deputy Borough Chief in the New York City Law Department and an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx.
