James E. Cullum

James E. Cullum served as the Firm’s Managing Partner for over 30 years. He is an experienced trial attorney with substantial experience in federal and state courts. He has over 40 years of litigation experience at the trial level in New York Supreme Courts, Surrogate’s Courts and County Courts throughout the state. He has represented clients in numerous federal trials in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York as well as all state courts. He has argued scores of appeals in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, New York Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Courtney M. Haskins

Courtney M. Haskins is a Managing Partner at McPhillips, Fitzgerald & Cullum LLP. Her areas of practice include civil litigation focusing on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, product liability and construction accidents. Ms. Haskins also assists clients with the litigation of medical malpractice defense, contract disputes, labor law issues, real property issues as well as provides assistance with regulatory compliance in general healthcare law. Before joining the firm, Ms. Haskins practiced in New York City where she successfully represented clients in pursuing and defending their claims in jury trials, mediation, arbitration and at the appellate court level. Tristan Christopher Larson

Tristan Christopher Larson was raised on a dairy farm in Rutland County, Vermont. He co-founded Larson & Gallivan Law, PLC with Erin Gallivan to assist injured Vermonters. He previously worked at a corporate law firm in Boston before returning to Vermont. Tristan has served as president of the Vermont Association for Justice, is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, and has successfully handled various injury cases through jury verdicts and settlements. He is dedicated to providing honest and supportive legal guidance to clients.

Malcolm B. O’Hara

Mr. O’Hara’s practice areas are General Litigation, Civil Rights & Discrimination Law, Personal Injury, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Municipal Law & Real Estate. Born in Hudson, New York in 1955, he was admitted to the New York and Florida State Bar in 1982. He received his B.A. from Colgate University in 1977. His J.D. was from Albany Law School of Union University in 1981. Mr. O’Hara joined the firm in 1981 and has been a principal since 1987. He is a member of the Warren County Bar Association (Director, 1988-1990, 1998-2000, 2008-2012; President 2010-2011), New York State Bar Association and Florida Bar Association. He has served as President of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of the Tri-Counties, Inc., Vice-Chairman of the Adirondack Regional Chambers of Commerce and President of the Federation of Bar Associations of the Fourth Judicial District. He is a former director and past president of the SUNY Adirondack Foundation. Mr. O'Hara has extensive experience litigating in both state and Federal courts.

Eric C. Schwenker

Eric C. Schwenker‘s area of practice and experience includes civil litigation focusing on personal injury, estate litigation, medical malpractice defense, motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, product liability, and real property disputes. Mr. Schwenker also has extensive appellate experience before the Appellate Division, Third Department, as well as in all areas of criminal law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Schwenker served as a Law Clerk to the Warren County Supreme Court, as an Assistant District Attorney for the Warren County District Attorney’s Office, and in private practice. He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Schwenker also serves as a Town Justice in Queensbury Town Court.

Benjamin R. Pratt, Jr.

Mr. Pratt’s practice is concentrated in General Litigation, including commercial disputes, personal injury actions, environmental and land use litigation, and Insurance Defense. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1947, he was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 1974, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit in 1984. He received his A.B. cum laude from Bowdoin College in 1969. His J.D. was from Cornell University in 1973. Mr. Pratt was Director, Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, Inc. (1981-1985), and counsel to the Glens Falls Housing Authority from 1979-2004. He is a member of the Warren County Bar Association (President 2001-2002), New York State, and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Crandall Public Library, and is a past President of the Glens Falls Country Club.

John D. Wright

Born in Glens Falls, New York in 1981, he received his B.S. in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. John joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007, and has been a principal in the firm since 2013. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association, and Saratoga County Bar Association, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Glens Falls Civic Center Foundation and Adirondack 40Stixters lacrosse club.
