Mr. Pratt’s practice is concentrated in General Litigation, including commercial disputes, personal injury actions, environmental and land use litigation, and Insurance Defense. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1947, he was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 1974, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit in 1984.
