Jake Baldridge

Jake Baldridge

Jake Baldridge’s practice focuses on defending individuals facing criminal charges or investigations at all levels of the criminal justice system. He has experience with all of Mohave County’s and La Paz County’s courts, prosecuting offices, and law enforcement agencies, and he has experience in many other courts across Arizona, including in Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapai Counties. His practice is primarily focused on high-level felony defense, including murder, sexual assault, aggravated assault, dangerous crimes against children, and drug trafficking. He also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, focusing exclusively on healthcare fraud matters. Outside the courtroom, Eric formulated policy positions and crafted legislative changes to improve oversight of healthcare providers reimbursed by the federal healthcare programs. He has been recognized both within and outside of his prior government service for his work on healthcare fraud matters. He is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)® and is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association. In addition to his work at Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson, Eric also serves as a JAG attorney for the United States Air Force Reserve.

Andraya Whitney’s practice focuses on dependency cases, which involve the State of Arizona filing to declare a minor child dependent and potential severance of parental rights. Andraya has extensive experience representing minor children in these matters as well as parents and grandparents.
