Bryan Whitney

Bryan Whitney’s practice focuses on the defense of individuals facing criminal charges. He has extensive experience - including over 100 combined jury and bench trials - in all areas of criminal prosecution from simple assault to murder charges, alcohol-related offenses, and allegations involving narcotics, theft, and fraud. Prior to co-founding Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson, Bryan served as prosecutor with the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (“MAGNET”) and received specialized training in narcotics enforcement activities. Informed by his prior prosecution experience, Bryan helps individuals understand the charges they face and their options and stands ready to prepare to defend them at trial. In addition to his criminal defense work, Bryan regularly represents individuals in family law matters.

Jake Baldridge

Jake Baldridge’s practice focuses on defending individuals facing criminal charges or investigations at all levels of the criminal justice system. He has experience with all of Mohave County’s and La Paz County’s courts, prosecuting offices, and law enforcement agencies, and he has experience in many other courts across Arizona, including in Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapai Counties. His practice is primarily focused on high-level felony defense, including murder, sexual assault, aggravated assault, dangerous crimes against children, and drug trafficking. In addition to his criminal defense practice, Jake also has an active family law and civil litigation practice. In family law cases, Jake assists individuals going through family-related legal issues, including divorce, child custody, and family support issues. In his civil litigation practice, Jake represents people injured in accidents, victimized by others, and facing lawsuits against them.

Joseph E.H. “Eric” Atkinson

Eric Atkinson’s practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in all phases of regulatory, civil, and criminal litigation. He regularly advises hospitals, long term care facilities, physicians, specialty practices, home health agencies, physical therapists, mental health practitioners, and other medical providers on healthcare related issues, including government investigations, corporate compliance, fraud and abuse, and provider billing and reimbursement. He has extensive experience regarding Department of Justice, Health and Human Services - Office of Inspector General, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and state Attorney General investigations and litigation, gleaned from years working with the state and federal government. Prior to entering private practice, Eric served as the Chief of Fraud and Corporate Neglect Investigations for the Virginia Attorney General’s Health Care Fraud and Elder Abuse Section. He also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, focusing exclusively on healthcare fraud matters. Outside the courtroom, Eric formulated policy positions and crafted legislative changes to improve oversight of healthcare providers reimbursed by the federal healthcare programs. He has been recognized both within and outside of his prior government service for his work on healthcare fraud matters. He is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)® and is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association. In addition to his work at Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson, Eric also serves as a JAG attorney for the United States Air Force Reserve.

Andraya Whitney

Andraya Whitney’s practice focuses on dependency cases, which involve the State of Arizona filing to declare a minor child dependent and potential severance of parental rights. Andraya has extensive experience representing minor children in these matters as well as parents and grandparents. She has trial experience fighting allegations of neglect and abuse, and she has achieved reunification for clients after contested hearings and trials. Prior to co-founding Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson, Andraya worked at the Mohave County Legal Defender’s Office where she assisted in providing criminal defense representation to indigent clients. Informed by her prior defense experience, Andraya can better help those with co-occurring criminal charges navigate the dependency process. In addition to her dependency work, Andraya has represented individuals in criminal defense matters.

Broc Wickland

Broc’s practice focuses on areas of law that require a knowledge base in tax, such as Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Business Law, and other civil matters. Broc obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, a top-rated tax law program. It is with this specialized knowledge that Broc provides top-level legal services to all the firm’s clients in such a complex field of law. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has established a strong reputation within the local legal community as an excellent attorney with the drive to advocate for his clients. Broc represents both individuals and companies in disputes, resolutions, and transactional work. Broc currently serves as de facto general counsel for a number of businesses, providing strategic legal guidance on a wide range of matters. Broc currently resides in Ventura County, California, where he lives with his wife and continues to expand the firm’s presence throughout the region. Despite relocating, he remains deeply connected to his roots in Mohave County, Arizona, where he was born and raised. Broc regularly works out of the firm’s offices in Kingman and Lake Havasu City, spending at least one week each month in Arizona to meet with clients and handle matters locally. Most of Broc’s clientele remains based in Mohave County, where he continues to provide trusted counsel in estate planning, probate, and business matters.

Christopher Stafford

Christopher Stafford provides compassionate legal representation to individuals and families throughout Mohave and La Paz Counties. A U.S. Army veteran with a strong commitment to serving his community, Christopher brings discipline, tenacity, and integrity to every case he handles. Since joining WWBA, Christopher has built his practice around helping clients navigate the challenges of the legal system with clarity and confidence. Christopher’s primary focus is criminal defense, where he represents clients facing both felony and misdemeanor charges. He has experience handling a wide range of matters, including DUI/DWI, drug-related offenses, assault, domestic violence, theft, probation violations, and other serious charges. He understands the high stakes involved in criminal cases and works diligently to protect his clients’ rights, freedom, and future. In addition to criminal law, Christopher also assists clients with general civil matters such as citations, contested orders of protection, lawsuits, and other issues that may arise in the municipal, justice, or superior courts. Aaron Reynolds

Aaron’s practice is primarily in criminal defense. As a former prosecutor, he knows how to evaluate what someone is charged with and determine whether the charges are fair representations of the facts. Whether they are or not, he fiercely defends his clients and seeks the best outcomes possible. Aaron also has experience in business formation, real property transactions, and private and public contracts. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Aaron was a professional audio engineer, and his first love is music. With his experience in the entertainment field, he has seen the intersection of law and entertainment and hopes to help his clients navigate those waters so as best to protect themselves and their art.
