He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, United States District Court Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Michael E. David I. Pankin
David attended high school at Poly Prep, located in Brooklyn. Upon graduating college at SUNY Albany, David was proud to attend Brooklyn Law School. During law school, David worked as a law clerk at a well-known personal injury law firm, Queller & Fisher. After graduating law school, David worked at two law firms that specialized in personal injury and bankruptcy matters. In 1997, David established his law firm, David I. Pankin, P.C. Since that time, he has represented over fifteen thousand clients on bankruptcy, personal injury, foreclosure defense, and consumer protection matters. Theodore A. Naima
Theodore "Ted" Naima was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from Syracuse University and his law degree from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. Ted began his career litigating personal injury and medical malpractice cases in Miami before returning to New York. In 2010, he founded the Law Offices of Theodore A. Naima, where he continues to represent injury victims and their families throughout New York and Florida. He has 25 years of trial experience.
