Michelle DiPaolo

Michelle DiPaolo received her J.D. from Hofstra Law in 1998 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in January of 1999. In addition to her J.D., Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Science in English and Education, from New York University. Michelle has been involved in the practice of law for over 23 years. Her expertise includes trial work and the handling of intricate legal issues. She is well-known to the Courts of Nassau County and Suffolk County by virtue of her frequent dealings therein. Her stature among the bench and bar is high. She was an Assistant District Attorney for 7 years where she tried numerous, complex and complicated cases never receiving an acquittal. Michelle was promoted to the Major Offense Bureau after only six 6 years in the office and became the youngest woman to ever serve in that Bureau at the time.
