Paul K. DeGrado

Paul K. DeGrado serves as Of Counsel to Seigel Law, with over two decades of litigation experience and a track record of building a multi-million dollar law practice. He specializes in personal injury, no-fault arbitration, major medical arbitration, and workers’ compensation reimbursement litigation. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Washington, D.C. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Certified Civil Trial Advocate. Jan K. Seigel

Jan K. Seigel founded the firm in 1976. He is known for his victories in the courtroom, having tried over 150 jury trials and winning multi-million dollar recoveries in auto, trucking, and fall down cases. He earned undergrad and law degrees from Georgetown and a Master of Laws from NYU. He served as a prosecutor and was awarded 'Young Lawyer of the Year' by the New Jersey State Bar. He has lectured and taught law in colleges and universities in the US and Europe, and was named a Fulbright Specialist.

Barry Packin

Barry Packin has over 30 years of experience primarily litigating complex medical malpractice and product liability cases, securing substantial verdicts and settlements, many exceeding $1,000,000. He has authored an article in the New Jersey Law Journal and lectured on legal issues. He served as a Master in the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court and has been included on the Super Lawyer list since 2005.

Jonas K. Seigel

Jonas K. Seigel is the Managing Partner, having grown up in his father's law office. He postponed law school graduation to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity after Hurricane Katrina. He obtained a Masters in Trial Advocacy from Temple University and is an Adjunct Professor there. He lectures on trial advocacy and ethics and has authored a book and several articles. He is recognized with numerous awards and is dedicated to client service and community involvement through the Seigel Law Charity Fund.

Michael A. Puppelo

Michael A. Puppelo graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and brings over a decade of litigation experience. He previously worked with New York State's Access to Justice Project and spent eight years defending insurance companies. Now, he uses his skills to help injured clients in personal injury matters from filing to trial. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and is active in legal associations.

Mark McBratney

Mark McBratney is a trial attorney certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, with over 75 civil jury trials. He began his career representing insurance companies but now advocates for injured parties in personal injury lawsuits, including wrongful death, sexual assault, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice, recovering millions for clients. He serves as a Master in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court and is an adjunct professor at Kean University.

Michelle E. Radin

Michelle E. Radin earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1986 and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She worked for a prominent New York City medical malpractice defense firm before concentrating on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury cases for the past 10 years. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State bars, as well as federal district courts.
