John Cassisi

Jamal Johnson

Jamal Johnson is an associate attorney at The Cassisi Law Firm, P.C. where he represents clients in all personal injury matters from inception through to Trial. Prior to joining the firm, Jamal worked for the New York City Police Department protecting and serving the people of New York City. Annie Flore Joseph is a highly accomplished professional with a rich and diverse background, bringing a wealth of experience to her role as a paralegal at Gehi & Associates. Holding a Certificate in Child Protection with a focus on Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice, Annie Flore’s commitment to safeguarding the welfare of individuals is evident throughout her career. Having served as a diplomat for the Consulate General of Haiti in New York for three years, Annie Flore honed her diplomatic skills before assuming the role of Assistant Director at the Haitian American Chamber of E-Commerce for another two years. Annie Flore’s professional journey also includes valuable experience in immigration services at Kleernest Solutions, where she further solidified her understanding of the intricacies of immigration law. Notably, she is a Licensed New York Notary, adding another layer of expertise to her skill set. Richard Janowitz

Richard Janowitz represents many clients as Trial Counsel for The Cassisi Law Firm, P.C. over the years. He has the benefits and special experiences that can only be obtained by representing both injured accident victims as well as insurance companies over my forty (40) years of legal practice. The legal experiences gained in the course of hundreds of trials over the years representing both plaintiffs and defendants enables him to clearly understand the many issues faced by either party to the lawsuit. Karanpal Singh Chahal

Karanpal is a senior law clerk and office manager at Gehi & Associates. With over multiple years of dedicated experience in immigration law with the firm, he has successfully worked on 2500(+) cases for corporations and individuals worldwide for immigration matters like non-employment visas, employment visas, family immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum proceedings, green card renewals, and VAWA applications. His practice is built on a commitment to delivering clear guidance, strong advocacy, and proven results for his clients in their immigration challenges. Karanpal graduated with an LL.M from American University Washington College of Law and a BBA.LL.B from GD Goenka University in India and is admitted to practice law at the Delhi High Court, India. Before joining Gehi & Associates, he worked as a Legal Fellow at New Markets Lab, Washington, DC, where he worked on International Trade Laws and Policies to collaborate with think tanks like the United Nations, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the World Bank. Karanpal is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.

Suryia Rahman is an Immigration law, family law, and labor law attorney. After moving to New York in 2013, she began her legal career at Gehi & Associates, representing clients in immigration, family, and labor law matters. She then worked as an Asylum Officer for USCIS and was responsible for adjudicating sensitive asylum claims. She returned to private practice as the principal attorney of Rahman Legal PC. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In her free time, Suryia enjoys cycling and spending time with her family. Education Qualifications: Bachelor in Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
