Robert G. Rafferty
Mr. Rafferty is a partner with this firm concentrating in commercial litigation, insurance defense, Medicaid planning and trusts & estates. He has represented individuals and companies in contractual disputes, as well as defended site safety companies and contractors in personal injury lawsuits based upon New York State’s labor law in all of the five (5) boroughs and Westchester County. He has been selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyer Commercial Litigator for 2014 through 2024. Prior to becoming a partner with Rafferty & Redlisky, LLP, Mr. Rafferty was General Counsel for CyberdocsMD, Inc., a web based telemedicine company. He was also a Complex Claims Examiner for AIG during which he controlled, supervised and directed all aspects of complex Fidelity, Directors & Officers and Professional Liability claims.

Linda A. Redlisky
Ms. Redlisky is a partner at the firm, concentrating in elder law, including contested guardianships, appeals, Medicaid planning, and estate administration. She routinely is appointed by the Court to serve as Court Evaluator, Guardian and Counsel to the Alleged Incapacitated Person in complex litigated matters involving turnover proceedings and surcharge hearings. She has lectured on behalf of various bar associations to provide certification training for guardians required under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Elder Law and Special Needs Section (ELSN), Co-Vice Chair of the Community Outreach sub-committee for the ELSN Committee on Long Term Care Facility, where she advocates for nursing home resident’s rights. She also co-authors, “Tales from the Trenches” for the ELSN Journal wherein she provides practical advice to the bar based upon her 28 years of experience.

Michael LaMagna
Founding Partner Michael LaMagna brings over 15 years of estate planning, probate, health, and elder care litigation expertise to LaMagna McKenna PLLC. As an experienced litigator, Michael has been representing individual clients and health care facilities alike in all manners of health care-related legal issues, including complex estate actions. His licensure and industry experience as a Nursing Home Administrator inform his unique ability to represent his clients in the ever-changing world of health and elder care law. Trevor Charles Conlow
Trevor is an attorney and client advocate who focuses his practice in the areas of Advanced Asset Protection Planning, Trusts and Estates, Elder Law, Probate and Estate Litigation, and Guardianships. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Prior to his start with LaMagna McKenna PLLC, Trevor clerked for The Hon. Jane Gallina-Mecca in Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, where he assisted the Court in drafting decisions on a wide variety of substantive family law cases in the matrimonial and child abuse and neglect dockets. Trevor also gained litigation experience from his time as a law clerk at the firm of Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo, where he focused primarily on employment disputes, discrimination and civil rights.
