Jessica E Vertullo

Jessica E. Vertullo joined Gruenberg Kelly Della as an Associate in 2014 and is now the firm’s managing attorney. Ms. Vertullo earned her Bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University in 2007 and her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2012. She is currently a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars, and is admitted to practice in the Federal Bar in the United States District Court of New Jersey. She has spent her entire legal career representing the interests of plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Prior to joining Gruenberg Kelly Della, Ms. Vertullo represented individuals in complex litigation involving pharmaceutical torts and defective medical device equipment. Her dedication and devotion to the rights of injured plaintiffs earned her an invitation to present at the Harris Martin Complex Litigation Conference in March 2013. In Ms. Vertullo’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is also an active member in her church, and has had the privilege of teaching the parish’ Sunday school over the last couple of years.

Christopher Pagano

Mr. Pagano is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts in 1990. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1994, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial Societies. Mr. Pagano has spent his entire 25-plus year career representing injured parties. Eva Leone Kennedy

Eva Leone Kennedy joined Gruenberg Kelly Della in 2019. She has focused her entire legal career on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury. She has successfully represented her clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation and in motion practice.
