About Allan

Allan Kluger is the Senior Principal at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, known for his strong work ethic and commitment to client service. He is one of Luzerne County’s longest-practicing lawyers, honored with the President’s Award from the Luzerne County Bar Association. A graduate of Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School and Amherst College, he earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1952. His practice focuses on business law, transactional work, real estate, wills, and estates. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and an AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubble. He served on the Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission from 1991 to 1998 and numerous boards. He has received multiple community service and ethics awards.
