About Richard

Attorney Richard M. Goldberg is of counsel at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, consulting on various issues. He started with HKQ in 1964 and was known as the dean of labor law in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He holds degrees from Dickinson College, Dickinson School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Labor Law from Temple University Law School. He has received numerous awards, including the President’s Award from the Luzerne County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has been designated a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in employment and labor law since 2005. He was also selected for 'The Best Lawyers in America' in Employment Law - Management and Labor Law - Union for 2024. Attorney Goldberg had an extensive military career, retiring as a Colonel from the U.S. Army Reserve, and has been active in the Jewish and educational communities.
