Joseph A. Quinn, Jr. is the Senior Principal of Litigation for Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn’s Personal Injury Team, focusing on various personal injury cases. Admitted to the bar in 1966, he has over five decades of experience and has achieved record-setting verdicts and settlements. He is one of only three Pennsylvania trial lawyers in the Inner Circle of Advocates and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since the program began and listed in every edition of 'The Best Lawyers in America,' recognized as 'Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year' for NEPA and the Lehigh Valley. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Diplomat of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Past President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and a Past Member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice. He has authored professional articles and co-authored a book on the Pennsylvania No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act.
