Terrence J. Herron

About Terrence

Attorney Terrence J. Herron has focused his law practice on commercial, financing, transactional, and estate planning for over 40 years. He joined Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn's Business Team in 1985. He has participated in numerous stock and asset acquisition/divestiture transactions and has a strong concentration in estate planning. From 1999 to 2005, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gans Communications. He holds a Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University Law School and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He earned his law degree from Catholic University of America School of Law in 1975 and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Scranton in 1971. He has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and The Pennsylvania State University Hazleton Campus Paralegal Certification program. Prior to HKQ, he was an Associate at Laputka, Bayless, Ecker, and Cohen, Managing Attorney at Legal Services of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s Hazleton office, and an Associate at Feldman & Ciotola.
