About Brant

Brant Durrett has over three decades of litigation experience concentrated in complex civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis in insurance and business litigation. He began his legal career in 1989 with Fouts & Moore, LLP. He represents policyholders, individuals, and small businesses in disputes with insurers, having handled hundreds of insurance cases and obtained millions in settlements. He has significant appellate experience before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Durrett is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was editor of the Journal of Space Law. He has been a licensed attorney in Texas since 1989. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100: Civil Plaintiff. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the New York State Bar, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association.
