About Hussain

Hussain Ismail is a passionate advocate dedicated to representing injured individuals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, he received the Editor of the Year Award in 2013 for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy and was a member of the University of Houston Law Center’s Moot Court team. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. He has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers from 2018 to 2024.
