About Omar

Omar Khawaja is a Houston personal injury attorney with a reputation for aggressive advocacy and compassionate representation. After helping recover millions of dollars for accident victims and grieving families, Omar founded his law firm in 2018 to deliver what he calls “Justice without Compromise.” He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in both Midland and Fort Bend County, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony trials. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Arizona and his law degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He also served as a congressional aide. Omar is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the South Asian Chamber of Commerce, and the Houston-Karachi Sister City Association. He leads a team of personal injury lawyers focused on helping victims of car accidents, truck crashes, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury.
