About Brian

Brian Gullickson is an advocate who enjoys fighting for his clients and giving them a voice, believing that upholding and protecting rights is the most rewarding aspect of his profession. He began his career in Chicago with the public defender's office and as a legal aid attorney, cross-examining police officers and advocating for juveniles. He later moved to Austin, Texas, opening his own solo law practice where he represented clients and tried jury trials in Travis County. He completed the Tim Evans Trial College to hone his skills. He gained experience as a prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, learning how prosecutors work and build cases. He joined Cofer and Connelly, PLLC to practice alongside an elite team of defense lawyers, focusing on dynamic and creative strategies to win cases. He is inspired by obtaining justice for the wrongfully accused and upholding the US Constitution, committing to be with clients every step of the way.
