About Brian

Brian is an Attorney in Labor and Employment Law. He chose this field because he values employees as unique human beings. He believes that laborers work hard every day and are entitled to fair treatment under the law. Working can be hard enough as it is, without the added stress of discrimination, retaliation, and other issues. Brian loves practicing Labor and Employment Law because he can help enforce the values of fair treatment and respect for workers. Brian attended Capital University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in History in 2015. He obtained his J.D. with a concentration in Employment Law in 2018 from Capital University Law School. Brian has spent his entire career as a lawyer representing employees who have been targets of discrimination or other unfair treatment related to their employment. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in nature, singing, and playing soccer. Lately, he has taken up foraging for wild edibles (cautiously), because there’s just something so rewarding about using the plants found all around us, plus he has gotten some good jellies out of it!
