About Brittany

Brittany L. Lightfoot was raised in Onalaska, Texas, and resides in Dallas. She is a first-generation college graduate, earning her B.A. in Political Science from Sam Houston State University and her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2022. She was admitted to the Texas bar in 2022. She began her legal career in complex commercial litigation and criminal defense, gaining trial experience in multi-million-dollar cases. She transitioned to pre-litigation personal injury, representing clients in auto accidents, truck wrecks, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle crashes, general negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.
