Christopher D. Greulich is an associate attorney at Howard Lewis & Petersen, PC, joining from the criminal division of the Utah County Attorney’s Office. He licensed as a Utah attorney in September 2021. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University and earned his Juris Doctor from BYU Law School. His career includes public service at the Office of General Counsel for the Defense Intelligence Agency and clerking for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah. He is also a published scholar and staff editor for the Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare, focusing on emerging technologies and their impact on law. Prior to law school, he served as a sworn law enforcement officer in Wyoming and has been a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary since 2004.
