Jackson B. Howard (Deceased: June 25, 1926 - August 21, 2017) was one of the most experienced and top attorneys in Utah, establishing the original law firm that became Howard, Lewis & Petersen, P.C., the oldest law firm in Utah County. He held prestigious positions including District Attorney, Utah State Bar Commissioner, and President of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association. He received his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law in 1950 and a business major from the University of Texas, Austin. He was honored as Trial Lawyer of the Year and Lawyer of the Year in 1984, and was a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the only Utah member of the Inner Circle of Advocates.
