About D.

D. David Lambert is a shareholder and senior managing attorney at Howard, Lewis & Petersen, having practiced with the firm for 38 years as a trial attorney. He graduated with highest honors from Utah State University in 1976 with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and with honors from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1979. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1979 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court District of Utah, the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. His practice emphasizes complex civil cases including medical malpractice, trucking accidents, auto collisions, and defective products. He has achieved the AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has been named one of the Mountain States Super Lawyers.
