About Clint

Clint A. Rosso is the Managing Partner at McGowan & Cecil, LLC. He graduated from The George Washington University in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2003. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Richard H. Sothoron, Jr. and served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County. He is admitted to practice in Maryland (2004), District of Columbia (2011), and the U.S. District Court District of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the Prince George’s County Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
