David Risk is a litigator at McGowan & Cecil, LLC, with extensive trial experience in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., including over 20 jury trials. He previously worked as an attorney at a civil defense firm and as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore City. David now exclusively represents clients injured due to negligence. He graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law and also attended Pennsylvania State University. He served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Amy J.
