About Turner
Turner H. Sothoron is a Partner at McGowan & Cecil, LLC, born and raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He earned his B.A. in Corporate Communications from Elon University in 2006 and his J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011. After law school, he clerked for two Prince George’s County Circuit Court judges before advocating for hundreds of personal injury victims in various cases. He is an active member of the Prince George’s County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association, where he serves as the Prince George’s County Circuit Representative for the Young Lawyers Section. He is admitted to practice in Maryland (2011) and District of Columbia (2015).
