About Courtney
Courtney Darcy began as a law clerk in 2018 before joining the firm as an Associate in 2022, focusing on civil litigation and municipal law. She graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in May 2019, where she was named to the Moot Court Society Order of the Barristers and served as Secretary of the Moot Court Board and Executive Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review. Prior to joining Parr Richey, Ms. Darcy served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, defending state agencies and employees in judicial review proceedings, civil rights lawsuits, and tax appeals. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
