Jacob 'Jake' S. Gunter is a shareholder and experienced attorney at Howard, Lewis & Petersen, P.C., joining the firm in 2008. He focuses on representing individuals injured due to negligence, handling personal injury cases such as car, truck, motorcycle, boating, and ATV accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death, and insurance disputes. He has extensive trial experience with over 30 jury trials, 200 bench trials, and 5,000 court appearances. Jake served as a Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) in the Utah Army National Guard, including a deployment for Operation Enduring Freedom. He earned his J.D. from The Thomas M.
