About Frank
Frank H. Granito, III, the firm’s managing partner, received his undergraduate degree in 1981 and his law degree in 1987. He was a member of the court-appointed Plaintiffs' Trial Committee in the multidistrict litigation arising from the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, successfully litigating the damage phase for 60 victims' families. He helped negotiate the historic $2.7 billion settlement with Libya for Pan Am 103 clients, for which he and his father received the 2009 Public Justice Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. He has served on Plaintiffs' Committees for numerous mass disaster litigations, including TWA Flight 800 and the September 11, 2001 hijackings, and was integral in recovering $1.2 billion from American Airlines and United Airlines. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on aviation law.
