About Jeanne

Jeanne M. O'Grady, a partner at Speiser Krause, has been involved in major commercial air disaster litigation since 1999, including the crashes of American Airlines Flight 587, Comair Flight 5191, the September 11th terrorist attacks, and Colgan Air Flight 3407. She served on the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee for Flight 3407 litigation and the Plaintiffs' Committee of the September 11th Litigation, actively representing 9/11 victims to the Victim Compensation Fund. Her practice also focuses on medical malpractice, trucking, railroad, and automobile accidents. She has successfully briefed and argued appeals in New York state and federal courts.
